National Childcare Week

Don’t forget 2-9 June 2008 is Daycare Trust’s annual National Childcare Week. Now in its eleventh year, the event aims to promote the importance of investing in childcare, out-of-school activities and early years provision in order to strengthen and contribute to children’s play and learning.
You too can join in the fun by holding your own local celebrations and events or by entering Daycare Trust’s book cover and creative writing competition. Sponsored by The Children’s Mutual, the competition is open to children aged two to 14.
