All terms and conditions are in addition to the Scholastic competition terms and conditions found on our magazines homepage.

  • All entrants must be UK residents aged 7-11.
  • Employees of Canon (UK) Ltd, its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are eligible to enter as the main prize will be awarded to the class, not the individual except for the cuddly bear.
  • The prize is as stated in the competition copy. No cash alternative will be offered. The winner will be chosen at random from all the entries received by the publisher.
  • Canon (UK) Ltd reserves the right to publish the name, town and county of the winning class/school, or to publicise the prize giving presentation after the date of the promotion. If the winners do not wish such details to be published, they must advise Canon (UK) Ltd at the time of notifying them of that claim.
  • The offer is subject to Canon (UK) Ltd’s standard terms and conditions, which are available on request. These can be obtained from Canon (UK) Ltd, Woodhatch, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 8BF.
  • The closing date for the competition is 30 June 2008 as stated in the promotion (Junior Education PLUS April ‘08). The winners will be selected by the publisher and notified as detailed in the promotion.
  • Canon (UK) Ltd reserves the right to void the competition at any time and change the conditions.
  • The prize is subject to availability.
  • No cash or credit alternatives will be substituted for the prize on offer. In the event that the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Canon reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  • In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter related to the competition, the decision of the Directors of Canon (UK) Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Canon (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to honour any application or to recover the full value of any prize if it considers there has been an abuse or breach of the terms and conditions of this competition.
  • All participants in the competition are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the rules unless notified otherwise in writing.
  • One entry per junior/primary school class
  • Canon will own the copyright on any material entered
  • Canon may use entries in its promotional activities
  • Storyboards cannot be returned after the competition.
